BASQUE PINTXOS BAR
TOPA
From Wednesday to Saturday evening, we transform our Holloway Road shop into TOPA, a San Sebastián-style Pintxos bar.
The kitchen is run by Simon Shand, the former head chef of Shoreditch’s Michelin starred Leroy and fellow San Sebastián obsessive. His menu is complemented by a special wine list curated by us.
