Provisions is an importer with two shops on Holloway Rd and Hackney Rd specialising in raw milk cheese, natural wine and artisan food products. We believe in the power that excellent food and wine has to bring joy and pleasure to the everyday, through shared experiences with family and friends.

TOPA
From Wednesday to Saturday evening, we transform our Holloway Road shop into TOPA, a San Sebastián-style Pintxos bar .
The kitchen is run by Simon Shand, the former head chef of Shoreditch’s Michelin starred Leroy and fellow San Sebastián obsessive. His menu is complemented by a special wine list curated by us.
