This beautiful cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is made in the Itria Valley, a region known for its ancient olive groves and iconic whitewashed trulli houses. It’s a true expression of southern Italian terroir, made with 100% Ogliarola olives harvested by hand and pressed within hours.

The result? A bright, green-gold oil with aromas of fresh grass, green almond and artichoke. On the palate it’s smooth but peppery, with a bold finish. Perfect for drizzling on grilled vegetables, tomatoes, burrata, or simply some crusty bread.
