Maison Argaud - Duck Civet with Ceps


We are lucky to be importing the products from Maison Argaud, a renowned producer of paté and cooked meals preserved in jars from the South West of France. This is now the third generation that are looking after the production. The company only consists of 10 staff, with a strong dedication to quality rather than quantity.

Duck Civet is a duck leg cooked in a mushroom and wine sauce. 

Perfect with some roasted potatoes and a bottle of Chateau La Selve Beau Lieu

Ingredients : Duck leg, Jurancon Wine, Sulphites, Carrots, Onion, Veal stock, Ceps mushrooms, Corn, Salt, Pepper, Aromatic herbs.
