50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Grenache, 25% Cinsault 

Château de la Selve was originally a formidable stronghold. Today it's known for its wines and we couldn't be happier about that! Benoit Chazallon is the young winemaker who has been running his parents' 44ha estate using biodynamic principles since 2002. 

The Ardeche is a lesser-known winemaking region on the fringes of the much more famous Cotes-du-Rhone. This wine is fermented naturally using indigenous yeast and then aged for 12 months, half in old oak barrels and half in clay amphora. 

Tasting note : Blackcurrant, baking spices, dried herbs. Full-bodied with slightly grippy tannin and a luscious texture.
