Situated between Nîmes and Arles, the Mas du Chêne vineyards cover some 40 hectares, 15 of which they work organically for Mas du Chêne. The rest of the fruit is sold to the local coop. The terroir is composed of galets roulés over stoney soils which offer good drainage and healthiness in the vineyard.

Cinsault is often used to produce rosé but can also make some lovely, light-bodied red wines. This wine is fermented on indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete vats.

Tasting notes : Strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant. Super light-bodied, juicy with very gentle tannins.

Food pairing : Try with roasted salmon, gently-flavoured cheese or even a simple salad !
