Domaine Bassac is located in the small medieval village of Puissalicon, Languedoc. They farm 80ha organically on a variety of soils in Puissalicon and Thezan-les-Beziers. Domaine Bassac produces a rosé made of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. A easy, pale rosé with great acidity and tension.

Tasting Notes : Citrus, fruity rosé with notes of young red berries.

Food pairing : Gordal olives, fresh Goat’s Cheese, tapenade and Grissini.
