100% Pinot Noir

Chris Santini is a French-American winemaker based in Auxey‑Duresses, Burgundy, where he has been running a small négociant project known as Santini Frères since 2016. Prior to this, after completing his Oenology studies in Beuane, Chris landed a job at Kermit Lynch, one of the most established importers of organic/natural wines in the US. Chris moved into a 100‑year‑old winery in Auxey‑Duresses and opened it to other like‑minded vignerons, including Dandelion and Vin Noé, in what became “The Auxey Collective,” later rebranded for his own project as Santni Collective. 

A Pinot Noir that combines the freshness of the Côte d'Or with the rusticity of the Mâconnais. A beautifully transparent ruby color with a nose of crunchy cherry, raspberry and violets with spicy touches. In the mouth it is smooth and vibrant, with light tannins and a savory finish.
