Nduja di Spilinga in Budello

Our Nduja comes from L'Artigiano della Nduja, a family business in the town of Spilingia in the Calabrian region of Southern Italy. This region is known for making Nduja, and holds an Nduja Festival on the 8th of August every year !

Nduja is a spicy, soft, almost spreadable cured sausage with just three ingredients: pork meat, chilli and salt. Our Nduja is made with six locally grown varieties of chilli which are harvested at the end of August and left to dry in the open air for two months. The Nduja itself is smoked over Calabrian Olive branches. Nduja is a great addition to a pasta dish or simply spread on toast.

    - Same-day delivery within 5km of the shop is available via Stuart.

    - Next-day delivery across London is available via Packfleet for orders placed before 2pm.

    - National delivery across Great Britain (outside London) is handled by UPS and takes 2 to 4 business days.

    Orders of £75 or more qualify for free delivery across Great Britain with UPS/Packfleet. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
