Sauvaget
Sauvaget is an ash-covered goat's cheese from the Loire Valley that comes wrapped in a chestnut leaf. It has a soft texture and is lightly salted. On the palate, it is elegant, with a slight nuttiness and a pasty texture on the finish. There are also notes of lemon peel and yoghurt.
Ingredients : Milk (Goat's), Salt, Traditional rennet. Unpasteurised.
