This gorgeous washed-rind cheese has an unctuous buttery texture with a pleasing maltiness on the palate. Made using Guernsey Cow's milk and Washed in Sondwave, an IPA brewed by nearby brewery, Siren. 

This cheese was Jake and Kayleigh's first addition to the Village Maid line up when they took over from Jake's mother, Anne. 

Ingredients : Milk (Cow's), Salt, Traditional rennet, Cultures, Ale
