Pop-Up Alert! 

Be sure to keep the 13th June free as for one night only, our wonderful TOPA chef in residence, Chino González is leaving the Holloway strip to bring a taste of TOPA to Hackney Road. 

With a specially curated tasting menu, and optional drinks pairing, you can have a taste of the Basque Country in a cozy corner of East London. Here is the menu for the night: 

• Trio of gildas
• Black Pudding, pear, pinenuts
• Ox tongue tonnato 
• Confit cod, broad beans, clams, ham broth
• Rib-eye, Pimientos Riojanas, green salad
• Roasted apricot, Brillat-Savarin 

The evening will begin with an aperitif from 7:30pm, moving into dinner from 8pm, where Sam and Nathan will guide you through Chino's cooking and the wines served on the night. Tickets cost £50 per head, or £90 to include a flight of drinks (4 glasses).

 Vegetarian options are available but be sure to let us know ahead of time.
