A new series of winemakers’ dinners celebrates what Provisions London does best: bringing together exceptional producers, thoughtful sourcing, and simple, generous food rooted in tradition. 

To celebrate the end of raclette season, we are getting the grills out for one last time!
Winemaker Yves Duport will pour seven of his cuvées, featuring native varietals such as Mondeuse and Roussette.  

Raclette, the comforting tradition of melting cheese over potatoes, is deeply rooted in the gastronomic life of Bugey. It feels only right to enjoy Yves’ wines alongside rich, comforting raclette, produced from the milk of high-altitude cows grazing on Alpine herbs and grasses. As the saying goes: what grows together, goes together.

Based in Montagnieu, at the foothills of the Alps, Yves works with vineyards shaped by a cool climate and rocky soils. The result is fresh and precise wines!
