LAND is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in London, founded by Phil Landers, who fell in love with cacao while working in Central America. They source directly from small-scale producers, and roast, grind, and mould every bar in their East London workshop.

Ideas Pairing : Perfect with a cup of strong coffee or a glass of tawny port. 

Ingredients : Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, oat milk, unrefined cane sugar, vanilla extract, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).
