100% Pinot Noir

Monthelie is a tiny appellation between Volnay and Mersault. The fruits are hand picked and macerated for 2 weeks before being pressed and finishing fermenting in old barrels for a year. Elegant Burgundy, and one to age as well!

Tasting notes : Wonderfully bright with dark cherry, spice, leather and high acidity
