Made in the hills of the Jura, this is one of the most renowned sausages in France! Wood smoked in the open air using strictly pine trees, there is distinctive aroma that is instantly recognisable as Morteau. The result is a juicy and meaty saussage that you simply need to boil and serve with some lentils or mashed potatoes (and dijon of course!). It's also a perfect thing to have sliced up in the freezer so you can add it to your stew or gumbo! Weighs Approximately 380g.

Ingredients : Pork meat, Spices, Nitrate.

    You can choose to collect your online order from our shop or have it delivered by our partner courier services.

    - Same-day delivery within 5km of the shop is available via Stuart.

    - Next-day delivery across London is available via Packfleet for orders placed before 2pm.

    - National delivery across Great Britain (outside London) is handled by UPS and takes 2 to 4 business days.

    Orders of £75 or more qualify for free delivery across Great Britain with UPS/Packfleet. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
