Wood smoked in the open air using strictly pine trees, there is distinctive aroma that is instantly recognisable as Morteau. The result is a juicy and meaty saussage that you simply need to boil and serve with some lentils or mashed potatoes (and dijon of course!). It's also a perfect thing to have sliced up in the freezer so you can add it to your stew or gumbo! Weighs Approximately 380g.
