An intense and elegant dark chocolate bar made with 85% single origin cocoa from the Kilombero Valley in Tanzania. Bold, earthy, with notes of dried fruit and subtle spice.

LAND is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in London, founded by Phil Landers, who fell in love with cacao while working in Central America. They source directly from small-scale producers, and roast, grind, and mould every bar in their East London workshop.

Ideas Pairing : Enjoy on its own, or pair with an espresso, a smoky mezcal, or a funky natural red wine. Excellent with hard sheep’s cheeses or roasted nuts.
