Fondue is something we have been working on for a long time now. We have even put on Fondue nights at Provisions and around town in the last few years. This is Hugo's recipe, the owner of Provisions, which has been tried, tested, bettered, and perfected (at least once a week!) for the past 6 years. We're pretty sure that our mix will bring you a lot of joy and comfort. The cheese has been carefully grated, vacuumed, and packaged by us, coming in 100% recyclable (the paper) and compostable (the "plastic" one) packaging. Each mix is for 2 people (Approx. 450g). No need to have a fondue pot at home, a simple saucepan and 3 candles will do !
