Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns for perishable items. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your item please send us some photos.


To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by email immediately if the item is damaged.

For fresh products, we advise our customers to unpack their products on arrival and put them in a fridge.

If you receive the wrong item, please get in touch by sending us an email and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns of fresh products (cheeses or meats), and we do not accept returns on open bottles, but we will always do our best to accommodate. Should there be an issue with an order we will try and find a suitable solution.

Some wine or cheese may smell or taste different than what you are used to, for they are alive and have not been treated or chemically treated. If you are unsure and would like some guidance, we encourage you to contact us by email in order for us to find out what wine/food would best suit you or the person you are sending products to.

If you have any doubt about the quality or the look of a product, we may ask you to take a picture of the product for us to review.



The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
