Fennel Salami made with organic meat from Cinta Senese DOP pigs, which are bred at the the Savigni farm in Pavana, located in the mountains between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna.

The Salami itself is rich in flavour with a touch of sweetness ! There's a nice strong aroma of Fennel that comes from roasted fennel seeds.
