50% Syrah, 50% Grenache

Les Vignerons d’Estézagues is a cooperative in the Southern Rhône that works with 10 different growers, releasing cuvées for each vineyard rather than blending like a lot of cooperatives tend to do.

Fées is a Côte du Rhône where the fruit is picked a bit earlier than usual for the area, giving it a driving acidity and minerality. There is still all the roundness and dark fruit, but you get something that is refreshing at the same time and a little lighter on its feet. Less Jammy fruit that traditional Rhônes, and concrete tank elevage make a wine that’s more clean and precise.

Tasting notes : Packed with dark fruits - black cherry and blackcurrant. On the palate, spicy notes of cinnamon, dark chocolate, and a goji berry kick

Food pairing : Pilaf with loads of fresh herbs and dark spices like clove, cinnamon and all spice.
