Croix Cathare is a thin, unpasteurised goat's cheese weighing around 200gr. The Cathare were a medieval religious group living around Carcassonne, who were decimated in the middle ages. Croix Cathare has a rind covered in powdered charcoal that bears the sign of the Cathare cross on top. 

The paste is white, subtle and creamy. On the nose, it has mild goat flavours with delicate hints of fresh grass. On the palate, there are goat flavours and fresh green elements. The taste becomes stronger and saltier as it matures.

Ingredients : Milk (goat's), Salt, Traditional rennet. Unpasteurised.

    - Same-day delivery within 5km of the shop is available via Stuart.

    - Next-day delivery across London is available via Packfleet for orders placed before 2pm.

    - National delivery across Great Britain (outside London) is handled by UPS and takes 2 to 4 business days.

    Orders of £75 or more qualify for free delivery across Great Britain with UPS/Packfleet. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
