Conserverie Fleuriet is a small-scale artisan producer of vinegars, condiments, and soups. Based in the town of Rouillac, Charentes, in western France, their vinegars are made using a local aperitif, Pineau des Charentes. A drink made from local wine fortified with cognac.

In creating this vinegar, dried figs are allowed to macerate in the white Pineau des Charentes vinegar. This would be perfectly paired with confit duck. Try it with our Duck Confit from Maison Argaud.
