Ati Manel - Spiced Mussels in Escabeche Sauce
Fresh mussels from the Atlantic coast canned in a spicy sauce made up of Sunflower oil, Wine vinegar, Garlic, Bay leaf, Piri-piri and Spices. This preserve is perfect to be served in Petiscos (Portuguese tapas) but can be integrated into a paella or a fish-based dish.
The preserve is prepared by hand in Matosinhos, near Porto and then packed in a cardboard box with a deliciously old-fashioned and very Portuguese design. The guarantee of a great culinary experience !
Ingredients : Mussels (Mytilus Galloprovincialis), Sunflower Oil, Wine Vinegar, Red Pepper, Garlic, Laurel, Spices, Salt.
