Chris Santini is a French-American winemaker based in Auxey‑Duresses, Burgundy, where he has been running a small négociant project known as Santini Frères since 2016. Prior to this, after completing his Oenology studies in Beuane, Chris landed a job at Kermit Lynch, one of the most established importers of organic/natural wines in the US. Chris moved into a 100‑year‑old winery in Auxey‑Duresses and opened it to other like‑minded vignerons, including Dandelion and Vin Noé, in what became “The Auxey Collective,” later rebranded for his own project as Santni Collective. 

A beautiful blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this cuvée really demonstrates Chris’ creativity, creating a vin-de-soif-style Burgundy that leaves you wanting more!
