Nolay is a negociant and private cellar that buys in grapes and juice from around Burgundy and further afield.

Pinot Noir made in Burgundy, but in an affordable way! Grapes are from Languedoc, Burgundy and Jura, but vinified in Burgundy. The style is smooth and fresh. Perfect for a weekday meal!

Tasting notes : Fresh, juicy red berries.

Food Pairing : Sausages and lentils, or anything a little rustic and simple like a Tartinade bernaise !
