From Jean-Philippe Padié’s biodynamic vineyards in Calce, 10 + 10 = 22 is a white wine of freshness, texture, and southern character. Crafted with minimal intervention, it showcases the purity of fruit and the minerality of the schist and limestone soils, while highlighting Padié’s subtle, expressive winemaking style.

What’s in the name? Padié celebrated his 20th vintage in 2022!

Tasting notes: Pear, white peach, and citrus blossom, with hints of honeyed almond, dried herbs, and stony minerality.

Food pairing: Perfect with grilled sea bream, fennel and citrus salad, or a creamy goat’s cheese tart.
