100% Chenin Blanc

Domaine de Frères was founded by Valentin (and previously his brother Henri) in 2019 in Beaumont‑en‑Véron, within the Chinon region of the Loire Valley. The name "Frères" (meaning "brothers") now honours the broader community that supports the venture. The estate is committed to organic and minimal‑intervention winemaking. Harvests are manual, pruning is light to maximize foliage for better fruit expression and photosynthesis, and the terroirs are distinctive, with vines aged between 30 and 60 years across seven parcels.

This Chenin Blanc is aged for 12 months in demi-muids (large oak barrels) without added sulfur, allowing the Chenin’s natural characteristics to shine through.
