90% Grenache, 10% Syrah 

Domaine Duseigneur is a rare example of biodynamic winemaking in the heart of France's oldest appellation. Despite that, their wines are authentic examples of the rich, hearty reds that the region is famed for. 

"Catarina" is named for Catherine of Siena, the Saint who convinced Pope Gregory XI to return to Rome after the Papacy's brief exile to Avignon. The wine is fermented on indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in larger, old oak barrels.
