Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir

David Kušický is part of the new generation of Slovak winemakers shaping the country’s natural-wine scene. Based in the volcanic hills of Veľký Krtíš, David farms organically and works with spontaneous fermentation, long skin contact and minimal sulphur. After studying and working across Europe, he returned home to craft expressive, energetic wines that reflect both his heritage and a contemporary natural sensibility.

Gen Z is a playful co-ferment of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, a hazy, copper-pink wine sitting between a rosé and a light orange. Aromas of wild strawberries, citrus peel and dried herbs lead to a juicy palate of red currant, grapefruit and gentle tannins, finishing bright and slightly saline.
