Garganega, Trebbiano

La Biancara was founded by Angelino and Rosamaria Maule in 1988. The estate is located in the hills of Sorio di Gambellara in the Veneto region. They grow mainly Garganega grapes from vines sitting atop volcanic soil. The estate covers about 9 hectares, and everything is strictly biodynamic.

The Masieri Bianco is mainly Garganega with a touch of Trebbiano and is vinified in stainless steel with no skin contact. This produces a wine that is fresh, crisp, and just a little savoury. Incredibly drinkable !

Tasting Notes : Flavours of tart lemon, white peach and almonds. Fresh and crisp but with a savoury edge. 

Food Pairing : It’s got to be seafood : Jose Gourmet’s Codfish in Olive Oil with Garlic would be delicious !

    - Same-day delivery within 5km of the shop is available via Stuart.

    - Next-day delivery across London is available via Packfleet for orders placed before 2pm.

    - National delivery across Great Britain (outside London) is handled by UPS and takes 2 to 4 business days.

    Orders of £75 or more qualify for free delivery across Great Britain with UPS/Packfleet. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
