Alessandro Viola is committed to organic and artisanal winemaking, emphasizing minimal intervention to allow the grapes to express their true character. His approach reflects a deep respect for the natural balance of the vineyard ecosystem, aiming to produce wines that are authentic and reflective of their Sicilian origins.

The grapes are sourced from vineyards located at an elevation of 220 meters above sea level in the Alcamo region, characterized by medium-textured, clayey soils. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit. A taste of Italian sunshine in a glass!
