Riesling, Auxerrois, Sylvaner

The Pépin project, led by brothers Pierre and Jean Dietrich of Domaine de l’Achillée, collaborates closely with several small winegrowers throughout Alsace. They work together from grape growing through to vinification to produce exceptional, unique wines. All the growers are long-time friends and have been following organic farming practices for many years. Although the grape varieties used may change from one year to another, the project's core values, and label, remain the same.

The Pepin Blanc is a blend of Riesling, Auxerrois and Sylvaner. Organically farmed grapes are manually harvested and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. 

Tasting Notes : Fresh, dry, and spicy on the nose with beautiful fruit and a lively energy. 

Food Pairing : Unbeatable alongside any fresh Goat’s cheese - perhaps a piece of Lorenthym or Bouyguette.
