This is a stunning ham produced by Karl Bernardi, following in his grandfather's footsteps in Brunico, Alto Aldige, Northern Italy. Karl produces typical South Tyrolian meats (including his famous Speck with herbs).

This is his cooked ham with herbs from the mountains, which offers a great wet texture, with lovely hints of smokey comfort, and the long lasting taste of both smoked herbs and fat. A fantastic ham that can be enjoyed on its own, in a sandwich or in a toastie.
