Turnip greens preserved in Olive Oil from the region of Lecce in Puglia, Italy. Turnip greens are planted in October and harvested by hand from December to March. Once harvested they are washed, blanched in water, seasoned and put in their jars. Ideal antipasti or to be used in a pasta dish.

Ingredients: Turnip greens, Extra virgin olive oil, Hot pepper, Apple cider vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Lemon juice.
