Muri use concoctions of flavours, techniques and ferments used to make a complex non-alcoholic aperitif. Passing Clouds is the blend of fermented whitecurrants and quince, jasmine tea and geranium and woodruff kvass (a ferment made from stale bread which is traditional in Denmark). These ingredients deliver acidity, aromatics and texture respectively, resulting in a balanced, layered drink.

Muri was founded by Murray Paterson after working in the world of cider and premium spirits to make exciting non-alcoholic alternatives to wine and cocktails that could be enjoyed by anyone abstaining from alcohol.

Tasting notes : Citrus, quince, floral, malt. Dry with lively acidity.

Food pairings : This works great with a charcuterie board or fresh cheeses such as Manchego or Saint Marcelin.
