Little Pomona Ripple 2022 is a single-varietal, unoaked still cider made from Egremont Russet apples. Known as the "Chardonnay of the apple world," this cider offers a pale lemon hue and a fragrant nose of jasmine blossom, honey, and sugared almonds. On the palate, it presents succulent fruit flavors of white peach, melon rind, anise, and crystallized lemon peel, all balanced by a fine, ripe acidity.
