A traditional aperitivo similar to Vermouth with extra bitterness. 

Mauro Vergano was a chemist working for pharmaceutical companies developing flavours and used his love of flavour to make apertivo drinks for his family and friends. Mauro starts with red wine made by his niece-in-law Nadia of Cascina Tavijn. He then adds sugar, alcohol and a combination of citrus, quinine, wormwood, orange peel, gentiana root and various dry herbs. 

Serving suggestion : Pour over ice with a splash of soda and a slice of fresh orange !

    - Next-day delivery across London is available via Packfleet for orders placed before 2pm.
