A traditional white vermouth that is perfect as an aperitivo. 

Mauro Vergano was a chemist working for pharmaceutical companies developing flavours and used his love of flavour to make apertivo drinks for his family and friends. Mauro starts with white wine made from Cortese - which gives acidity and freshness - and Moscato - which contributes intense floral aromas. He then adds sugar, alcohol and a combination of citrus, quinine, wormwood, citrus peel and dried herbs.
