Alta Langa Dairy is hidden amongst the nature of the Piedmont Hills, in the small village of Bosia.
For centuries people of this area have been living from the raising of herds of goats, sheep and cows.
Traditionally the cheeses made use of a mix of sheep, cow, and goat milk due to the small quantity of milk collected. A result of the mostly uncontaminated terrain of steep slopes, meaning small herds are essential.
Still today, the Dairy mixies milks, respecting the traditional recipes born of necessity and handed down the generations.
La Tur, is a fresh pasteurised mixed milk cheese which is very milky and buttery, with a very creamy and fruity aftertaste.
Ingredients: Milk (cow's, sheep's, goat's), salt traditional rennet. Pasteurised.
