100% Gamay

Moulin Camus is located in the heart of the Pays Nantais in Vallet, one of the crus of Muscadet. They also produce well-priced reds that are great examples of single varietals grown in cool climates. Viticulture is sustainable and fermentations take place in traditional glass lined cement tanks with native yeasts and there is no filtration before bottling.

Tasting notes : Red cherries, hard-boiled sweets, violets. Ultra-juicy with a nice amount of fresh acidity.

Food pairing : This one is pretty versatile and great on its own ! Nice with something aromatic like Biryani or pilaf.
