This vinegar is made from a blend of cider vinegars, old and young, and cooked apple must. It has a wonderful fruity aroma of apples and a balances acidity giving a well-balanced, soft and rounded final taste. It is a perfect replacement for red wine vinegar in your salad dressings, marinades and all other dishes.

Surette Condiments was created in 2017 with the ambition to make balsamic vinegar produced from Quebec apples and to encourage the use of North-American condiments.

Ingredients : Cooked apple must, Malic acid.
