This delicious Chenin vinegar is one of Nathalie Lefort's 'Limited Edition' creations. Made from 'Premier Rendez-Vous', a white wine made from 40 to 70 year old vines at Domaine Jousset in the Loire. Lise and Bertrand Jousset of Domaine Jousset make beautiful natural wines on their 11 hectares. They mostly grow Chenin Blanc, together with some Gamay and Grolleau and all their wines are made without the use of herbicides and fermentation is always with wild yeasts. Terroir is all to them and this vinegar reflects perfectly their, and Nathalie's, passion.

Use it with salads, seafood and for light pickling duties.

    - Next-day delivery across London is available via Packfleet for orders placed before 2pm.

    - National delivery across Great Britain (outside London) is handled by UPS and takes 2 to 4 business days.

    Orders of £75 or more qualify for free delivery across Great Britain with UPS/Packfleet. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
