Our ‘Nduja is produced by L’Artigiano della Nduja, a family business in Spilinga (Calabria, Italy), the town where this famous sausage originates and where an annual festival is held each August. Made with pork, salt and six varieties of locally grown chilli, the sausage is naturally air-dried and smoked over Calabrian olive branches.

Soft, spicy and spreadable, 'Nduja can be enjoyed simply on bread or used to add depth and heat to pasta sauces and stews.
