Dorstone is a delicate goat's milk cheese made by Neals Yard Creamery. It has an ashed rind, and smooth white paste inside with a lemony, zesty flavour. 

Dorstone takes it’s name from the hill the Neals Yard Creamery proudly sits upon. Neals Yard Creamery is headed up by Charlie Westhead, producing goat’s cheeses, cow’s milk cheese, Greek style yoghurts and crème fraîche. He works exclusively with local farms to source goat and cow milk. 

A lovely addition to a cheese board with some fig jam or honey, and perfect with a dry zesty white wine.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Goat's Milk, Animal Rennet, Salt, Cultures.
