Il Contadini in Ugento employs integrated farming methods in order to work more sustainably, and every step of production is carried out within the company.

Sweet peppers in strips, cultivated in the province of Lecce in Puglia. Harvested by hand in August and September when they are perfectly ripe. These make a great antipasti on its own or can be used in a salad or stuffed pasta.
