Poon's is a reinvention of the Poon's brand under Amy Poon, the daughter of Bill and Cecilia Poon who ran a number of iconic Chinese restaurants from 1973 through to 2006. Amy's reinvention of Poon's has come in the form of a range of traditional Chinese cooking condiments, alongside Poon's Wontoneria, delivering freshly made pork wontons nationwide. At Provisions, we are lucky enough to stock Poon's range of condiments; 'Extraordinary Chilli Oil', 'Premium First Extract Soy Sauce', Chilli Vinegar Dressing and their 'WO Sauce'.

Poon's Chilli Vinegar Dressing is all you need alongside a plate of freshly cooked dumplings. This dressing is a mix of Chilli Oil, Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Fermented Black Beans.

Ingredients : Chilli oil, Onion, Black beans, Salt, Sichuan peppercorns, Sugar, Flavour enhancer, Vinegar, Soy sauce.
