Delicate truffle honey collected in the countryside near Bologna by Pierpaolo and Fabrizio but are moving around as they are practising seasonal nomadism in order to move the beehives depending on blooming.

They initially bought three beehives to pollinate the fruit trees in their family farm and then started to make raw honey. This beautiful, elegant truffle honey is a Christmas treat on any cheese board especially when paired with blue cheese.
