Little Rollright
A beautiful and delicate British cow's milk cheese, bound in a band of spruce bark. Inspired by Vacherin Mont d'Or, the paste is creamy and milky with notes of cured meats and mustard seeds, while the bark imparts a woody aroma. Made by David Jowett at King Stone Dairy in Gloucestershire.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow's Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Animal Rennet.
Allergens: Milk.
Weight is approximately 250G.
