Our Chaource Artisanal is made by Fromagerie de Mussy in Champagne, north-central France. This soft,  creamy cheese with a bloomy rind is made with pasteurised cow's milk. Curds are hand-ladled, and the cheese is not pressed, keeping the texture light and fresh with notes of butter and mushrooms. The perfect accompaniment to a glass of Champagne.

Due to the delicate nature of this cheese, it is available for collection or local delivery only.
